About the Level 2 Training
This is a specialized course is about creating a more mature, inclusive and compassionate way of both teaching and living. It offers in depth practices on topics of interest to experienced practitioners as well as experienced students looking to deepen their practice, understanding and teaching of Yoga. The course is run by specialty teachers looking to share their own experiences, practice and tips on specialized topics such as Yoga philosophy, breath work, Yoga therapy and self enquiry.
The focus of this training is not only to develop teaching skills and understanding of the Yoga practice but also to create the most suitable environment for maximum growth and transformation through self enquiry, reflection and self study. This will help trainees build not only the knowledge but strength, wisdom and love in order to be able to apply the principles and teachings of Yoga into their lives and teaching.
Students who successfully complete this Level 2 Training are automatically accepted to individually register with Yoga Alliance USA (fee applies) as a RYT 500. Details can be obtained from their website www.yogaaliance.org

Prerequisite for the Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training - 300 Hours Yoga Alliance
For acceptance onto the Level 2 Training, participants must have completed a Yoga Alliance Level 1 (200 hours) Accredited Training with Namaste or any other Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training school. A copy of your Level 1 certificate displaying the Yoga Alliance stamp will need to be emailed to Namaste along with your completed level 2 application questionnaire.

About Max Strom: Breathe To Heal Inner Axis training program
Prerequisites: Students are asked to bring with them a sense of kindness and open-mindedness to the work. Your Silent Retreat
Silence will be observed for the last week of the Level 2 YTT Last week’s schedule (2019) – In today’s world, we are continuously bombarded and stimulated by worldly things TV, music, internet, phone and so on. We fill every minute of our day, rarely taking any time away from it all to evaluate what we need to live a healthier more peaceful life. The gift of Silence is an opportunity to see clearly beyond that busyness, beyond that everyday noise that create stress & imbalances for us. In silence, we hear the unspoken and we feel the unseen.
The last week of this training is designed to help you take an intense journey that is designed to hasten your spiritual journey and understanding of the self. In order to truly be able to deliver the message of Yoga, we need to drop all sense of individual desires, misunderstandings and clutter in order to help serve ourselves, and others better.
Accommodation booking After your application is complete and you have been accepted onto the Level 2 Training, and after you have transferred your holding deposit, your on-site twin share accommodation booking will be secured.
Silent Retreat Venue Details Satsanga Retreat is family-run retreat centre and guest house , with a friendly staff mostly employed from the local village. We are situated in the village of Verla Canca, located between Anjuna Beach and Mapusa in Goa, India. We offer an array of yoga retreats, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and yoga holidays with renowned teachers from around the World. Satsanga Retreat, which many guests say feels like a "home-away-from-home," provides a relaxed, intimate community setting. The centre features two beautiful yoga shalas with wood flooring, swimming pool, tropical gardens for gathering as a group or relaxing solo.
