Meditation

Meditation is the journey of our Consciousness towards Self. In Meditation our Energy increases and our thoughts decreases. So, by doing Meditation regularly, one will be less tensed, healthy and blissful at all times and situations. Meditation is a tool to gain more energy and Knowledge.

The meditation classes focus on Pranayama (the yogic breathing) and mindfulness meditation as well as other known yogic meditations.
