About Max Strom

Max Strom is a global teacher, speaker, author, and trainer. His breathing workshops are featured in many conferences across the world including a recent conference for therapists and social workers on how to utilize breathing for emotional healing for their patients. His home practice DVD, Learn to Breathe, is being used as a therapeutic tool in mental health facilities and hospitals in the United States. Max is the author of, A Life Worth Breathing, and, There is No APP for Happiness. 2 hours all levels – lecture, writing

​Forgiveness is perhaps the most powerful tool we have for healing ourselves.  To forgive another, heals oneself, just as anger toward another poisons oneself.  Anger and resentment destroy our lives.  For the body to heal, often times what is most vital is to heal the broken heart or spirit.   Failure to forgive affects our stress level, power to heal the body, discernment, and all our relationships. The first part of this seminar is a powerful lecture on forgiving others; the second part will address forgiving oneself.   Max has taken the message of forgiveness around the world to a people of many faiths and nationalities. Bring your mat and writing materials.  Appropriate for all levels.

In this workshop we will begin with a talk by Max, then move into breath-initiated movement consisting of simple movement patterns.  Using a combination of yoga postures and movement therapy alignment, these patterns are known to release the mind and body from long-held stress that impede our happiness and our ability to sleep well. Bring your mat and writing materials.

​We currently have an epidemic of stress and anxiety in the business world that is stifling creativity, leadership, and eroding retention. In the face of such a pervasive problem, it might seem that something as simple as intentional breathing couldn’t possibly help.  But scientific research and Max’s personal experience engaging with audiences in hundreds of cities around the world have both found that utilizing conscious breathing patterns for a few minutes every day is the most productive approach for creating immediate relief from stress and anxiety. In this lecture, followed by some interactive instruction, Max teaches leaders how to use breathing patterns to trigger more inspiration, focus, health, and more calm in our lives.

This 24-hour training is designed to prepare you to practice the powerful method of personal evolution, Inner Axis, and to teach people from all walks of life and levels of fitness. We currently have a worldwide epidemic of stress and anxiety that is stifling our happiness, creativity, and intimacy. This special event will teach you how to use breathing patterns to help alleviate anxiety, PTSD, depression, and improve sleep. 

What can I expect? Many of these issues are due to being taught socially from a very young age to suppress and numb our feelings, leaving us carrying an un-reconciled and unexpressed silo of emotions in our chest. Using breathing patterns for 15 minutes daily, as taught by Max Strom, can bring us back to a peaceful and calm state as well as gift us with insight and knowledge that was buried along with our feelings. With this new insight we are empowered to make new and meaningful life decisions.

The course is 24 hours over 4 days.

Max Strom will reveal his core principles of breathing and movement patterns based on his two decades of teaching and his in-depth knowledge of Hatha Yoga and QI Gong. In just a few short days you will have the knowledge to help you transform your internal state, and help others to do so.
