Slowing Down - A Jungle Retreat in Sri Lanka 10- 17 Oct 2025
🌿 A Yoga & Wellness Experience in the Heart of the Jungle. In a culture of urgency, stillness is radical. This retreat is your invitation to slow down, unplug, take care of yourself and return to what’s essential. Join us for a deeply nourishing yoga and wellness retreat set in the lush jungle of Sri Lanka. Designed to restore your nervous system, rekindle your connection to Self, and fill your cup again. This retreat is a sacred pause—a time to step away from noise and move gently inward.
🧘♀️ What You'll Experience Daily Yoga, Restorative Movement and Reflective circles Ground your day with breath-led practices designed to balance your body, calm your mind, and meet you where you are. Classes are open to all levels, with a focus on presence, not performance. Your evening practice will either be around restoring energy back into your body, or help you get to know yourself better. Time for Deep Rest This retreat isn’t packed with back-to-back events. Instead, we honor spaciousness. Expect long afternoons to be held in community, nap, read (that book you've been putting off for so long), paint, journal, wander, or simply be. You’ll have room to decompress—without guilt. Restorative Nature Immersion Surrounded by tropical trees, birdsong, and open skies, you’ll be gently invited into nature’s slower rhythm. Here, the jungle doesn’t rush—and neither will we. Nourishing Food, Mindful Eating Meals are designed to support restoration: fresh, seasonal, and cooked with care. Communal dining becomes a daily ritual of connection and joy. Supportive Community This is a retreat, not a performance. Come as you are. Whether you're craving solitude, gentle conversation, or deep connection—you’ll find a welcoming space to land.
