Fear is often crippling, holding us back from enjoying the things that make our heart race and sing at the same time! Yet when we dare to take a step towards those unknown experiences, two magical things happen. The first is that we realise that things are much scarier in our minds than they really are, that we did not need to be scared. The second is that we grow, learn, enjoy ourselves and feel more alive than ever.

In this retreat we will awaken the inner warrior within each one of us. We will go into adventures of snorkling, quad biking and para sailing to awaken experiences of strength, courage and vitality.

Through our Yoga practice we will bravely explore the things that scare us the most and examine them. Lovingly, we will support one another to overcome the fears that we can, and accept those we cannot.
