I am taking around 8 of you to Sri Lanka to enjoy a week long retreat of Yoga, breathing, meditating and introspective reflection. The purpose of the retreat is to gently create a sense of empowerment and ownership of our lives in a loving, accepting and compassionate way.
The retreat schedule is slow paced to allow to take the time to process the changes that tend to take place, rest, lay by the beautiful beach, have massages and take the time to process (and for those of you who wish, go on adventures!).
Location The location is Negombo in Sri Lanka (about 20 minutes from the airport) on the west coast.
